Advice for New Businesses
Every action you take in your business is part of the brand experience. From the products you sell, the services you offer, the customer service experience you deliver, your relationships and interactions with colleagues, clients, industry peers, suppliers and the media…every single interaction communicates your brand values and those values are defined from the top down. Be clear from the beginning what values you stand for and how these values will be consistently distilled throughout your business. And most importantly, never allow your values to be undermined.
