We joined forces with the Federation of Small Businesses (FSB) to discuss the Future of Female Entrepreneurship in a Q&A with Kate Forbes MSP, the Scottish Government Cabinet Secretary for Finance.
Hosted by Carolyn Currie, Chief Executive of Women’s Enterprise Scotland (which delivers the Women’s Business Centre), the event took place on ‘Women’s Wednesday’ during Global Entrepreneurship Week – an ideal date to be looking at what the future holds for women’s entrepreneurship in Scotland as well as discussing the challenges and triumphs women business leaders have faced during the coronavirus pandemic.
The Q&A with Kate Forbes was followed by a panel discussion with Sara Roberts of Healthy Nibbles and Cecilia Grigor of Planit Scotland who shared their experiences of running their businesses.
