Kerry’s story
In 2020 I was managing the marketing for a country estate in the Scottish Borders, and also ran a marketing consultancy, allowing me to juggle work around family life.
My biggest challenge was
Being new to both the training and technology sectors, I had to learn fast! To make SkillSeeder work, I had to market our product nationwide and build both brand awareness and trust, and quickly! So, I had to step outside my comfort zone, dig deep and submerge myself in my own learning journey. Finding the belief that I could do this, and do it well was hard. Today, 18 months on, I now thoroughly understand my market and believe that anything can be achieved if you trust your expertise and instincts and just go for it!Â
