I feel that the art of listening is a crucial point that is sometimes undervalued. Whether you’re listening to your customers, colleagues or family, it’s important to hear and acknowledge different viewpoints.

Julia’s story

Julia was an Ambassador up to May 2023.

Startup story:
One of my first memories was making paper notebooks and setting up a stand outside my house to sell them. I think I was around seven or eight at the time.

My biggest challenge was

When the business was first launched, I didn’t really know where to start. I knew what I wanted
to achieve but I didn’t know how to get there. Looking back, I wish there was a platform to meet other business women, especially business women from an ethnic minority
