Sales and Marketing

No business can survive without customers buying their products or services; how that happens is ‘sales’, whether it’s via a website, at a physical shop or stall, or over a longer period as a result of pitches, presentations and proposals.

If you understand your product and how it benefits or clearly answers the needs of your customers, you’re halfway to making sales. Knowing where to find those customers (online or face to face) and using the right messages that make your product appealing, is needed too. That’s marketing.
