When I see a ‘bio’ of me or if I’m quoted or mentioned in a PR or newspaper piece, I’m happy that I’m not described as ‘ mother of three’, ‘mumpreneur’, ‘mum to x, y and z’, or any other term that highlights me as a female founder and business owner that would never be used for my male business partner and fellow parent. However, my children have always been my first priority.
